Words can’t fully describe what I am feeling… Today I picked up my motorhome. Apprehension…. Excitement….. A little nervous….. I hope I made the right decision and picked the right one. Ya know, NOT a lemon, or one that will give me a lot of problems. But how can I even ask that question when God worked out all the details to get this worked out for me?
I am still in awe at the way all the details worked out in finding this coach… and how perfectly it fit my every need. I had been scouring the internet all over for a good fit and wasn’t able to find one that was closeby. I walked in to the Jayco Dealership in Grain Valley MO just to browse and see what they had. And here was this coach they had just gotten in as a trade and it hadn’t hit the internet yet. I was in the coach for 30 minutes looking around before I even dared to ask the price. Finally when I did I was very surprised to hear that it was within my budget. I didn’t think it was going to be this easy, but it is a vivid reminder of how God is involved in every detail of our lives.
I have never driven such a big rig before so I had my brother go with me to drive it out of the city for me. Once I got in the driver’s seat and started down the road I realized it was going to take some concentration to handle this thing! I was taken back at the wind gust I got in passing up a semi-trailer. I will admit I was scared for a few minutes.
Now it is time to go get all my stuff in storage and start setting up house!
